OTAKI.

August 31. A fatal accident occurred here yesterday to a daughter of the Rev. James M'Williams, by which she lost her life. The father was unloading a cart, and by some unknown cause the blinkers came off the horse, which caused it to bolt. The wheel of the cart passed over the neck of the child, who was playing in the yard, causing death almost immediately afterwards.
