SYDNEY.

August 31. Dr. Bullen has ten supposed cases of small-pox under observation. Another authenticated fresh case was reported to the Health Board yesterday. In the Legislative Assembly last night, Mr Copeland moved that an address be presented to the Governor declaring that the quarantine of healthy persons and hoases supposed to be infected was cruel and tyrranical, and an infringement of the liberty of the subject. Mr Watson, the Colonial Treasurer, vindicated the action of the Government in their efforts to stamp out the disease, which he believed in time not far distant would entirely disappear.
