In consequence of the inclemency of the ■weather the Post Office at Napier has received intelligence that the overland mail from Wellington cannot arrive to-morrow at 11 a.m. We hear that the weather to the south of Kopna is excessively severe. WE REMIND ADVERTISERS That the circulation of the Daily Telegraph ia about double the combined circulation of all other papers published in Hawlce'a Bay. The Telegraph is the Government Gazette for Hawke's Bay ; the Gazette for all County Council, Borough Council, and Harbour Board notices.
