ROME.
July 8. It is announced that the English financial houses of Baring Brothers and Co., and J. Hambro and Co., have contracted with the Italian Government for a new loan, the amount of which ,has not, however, yet transpired. It will be issued next week, and upon the conditions of which will obviate the present monetary stringency now felt in Italy.
