In the Houae of Commons to-day the consideration of the Iri9b Land Bill in committee was proceeded with, and further progress was made with the measure. Clause 12 was, after discussion, postponed, but clauses 13 to 24 were finally passed without amendment. July 9.

A grand review of volunteers will be fold before the Queen at Windsor next month. It is expected that fully 56.000 men will be under arms on the occasion.
