DEPARTURES.
April. 9—Rotomalmna, s.s., for Southern ports, Hobart and Melbourne. Passengers — Mesdames Holland, Phillips and child, Fitzgerald, Bell and child, and Mill and child ; Misses Wallace and Isaacs ; Mr and Mrs Newman, and Messrs Blythe, Foloy, Adams, Miller, J. Smith, Pope, McNaughton, A. Plank, Churchyard, and Mordaunt. » The s.s. Result, Captain W. E. Baxter, returned from Wairoalust evening, bringing a number of passengers and four cases of fruit. The Union Steamship Co.'s s.s. Albion, Captain W. 0. Sinclair, left Wellington last evening at 7.45 o'clock, and may therefore be looked lor this afternoon between 3 and 4 o'clock. She brings 85 tons of cargo for this port. The outward passengers leave the wharf in the Boojum at 5 o'clock. The barques Loch Fleet and Anazi are full ships. Endeavors will be made to clear them for London at tho Customs this afternoon, and they will if possible sail to-morrow morning. In Monday's issue we will present statements of their cargoes. The Union Steam Ship Company's s.s. Kotomahana, Captain Thomas Underwood, arrived in the roadstead from Sydney via Northern ports this morning at 4 o'clock, and soon after was tendered by the steam launch Boojutn for the English mail via San Francisco, which, being landed, the Launch tendered for passengers and their luggage, landing them soon after 7 o'clock. She left Sydney on the 31st ultimo at 6.40 p.m., passed the Three Kings at noon on the 4th instant, and called at Russell on the sth for coal; left for Auckland at 6 p.m. same date, and arrived there at 6 a.m. the following day; left Auckland at noon on the 7th ; called at Gisborne on the Bth, sailing thence for Napier at 6 p.m., arriving as above. Experienced fresh southerly winds from Sydney to Auckland, and moderate variable breezes with fine weather during the latter part of the voyage. The steamer Sir Donald lightered the cargo, some 80 tons, being principally sugar from Sydney, which she is landing at the cattle wharf. The Boojnm took the outwai'd passengers off at 11.30 o'clock, and the Rotomahana steamed for Southern ports, Hobart, and Melbourne at 1.30 o'clock.
