The Royal Commission of enquiry into the affairs in the Transvaal will be composed of the following members:—Sir Hercules Robinson, Sir Evelyn Wood, and Sir J"ohn De Villiers, Chief Justice of the Cape Colony. They will proceed without delay to Heidelberg, in the Transvaal, and will there hold the Commisson.
