The firot message was received in Auckland shortly after noon yesterday, and is to the effect that word had been sent by Tapihana to those in authority at Alexandra, stating that the ground of Waikato was sacred, and advising the Europeans to leave — that Maungatawhiri Creek was the boundary line for the pakeha. The King did not know of any other boundary, nor was he aware of the so-called confiscated boundary as laid doyen by the Government. A second warning would not be given. Another telegram, despatched from Alexandra by our own correspondent at 8 o'clock last evening, so much to the same effect. It was therein stated that the messenger from CJelonel Lyon to Tapihana had returned to Alexandra. Taplnana and Wnifciora, Todds murderers, Had joined tneir forces, and were at that hour ab Pekanui, near Kopua.
