HONOLULU.— CUSTOM.HOUSE REGULATIONS.

The following are the Custom-house stor« age regulations at Honolulu :- — The expense of putting in, storing, and taking out of stores will b« borne by the importers or owners. Loss by breakage! leakage, or fire shall be at the responsibility of the party who place the goods in •tore,

Spirituous Liquoks, — The importer in permitted to' take out, as a sample of any kind, one bottle for every 100 gallons, and one bottle for every 50 cases, free of duty ; but for any further samples one dollar will charged for each bottle. Before taking ft package out of store-, the" importer must present an order to the collector, giving the marks, numbers, and contents thereof, and stating whether it is for exportation or con* •umption. If for consumption, the duties must be paid ; but, if for exportation, an outward entry in the- usual form must be made, stating exporter's, vessel's, and master's name. All liquors in cask will b* gauged as they are taken out of the stores for consumption, and duties charged only on the quantity delivered. Liauors for exportation or consumption must not be in less quantities than a single and original package (exceptions are made where the package is a hogshead or pipe).

Other Goods will only be delivered from the store in original packages. For consumption, not less than 100 dollars in value will be delivered, or the remainder of »n importation.

Bates of Stobage. — For liquors in ca*ki and kegs, one cent per gallon per month; for liquor in cases (1 dozen quart bottles), 3 cents per case per month ; for bags of flour (2001b. ), 4 cents per month, other size* in prpportipn ; for barrels of flour, meal, and bread, 4 cent* per mppth each j fpr barrel* of bottled ale, beer, or porter (4 doEen each), 4 cents per month ; for cases of bottled, *ltf» beer, or porter (4 dozen each), 4 cents per month ; for barrels of beef, pork, or f}»b, 5 cents per mont!> ; for barrels of pitch, or tar, 1 cents, per month ; for •whalebQats, 1 dollar per month ; ' gcoda (except "the above-named), 40 cents per ton per month,
