Drukkenness. — Patric'c Maa, Michael Sheehan, Alice Murphy, Elizabeth Lynch, and Charles Kobiuson were c'larged with beiag druuk, and were punished iv the usual way. Tho last-named defendant, a seatpan on board the barque • Kate,' was charged by Captain Cooper with being drunk on board that vessel and unable to do hia duty. He was fined 20s, and costs. Driving on the Footpath. — Thomas Keightly wa3 charged, on the information of Earhou Ireland, with a bieich of the Mumcpvl Po icy Act, by driving a wagon on tho footpath of Vu'can-l.uie on the 261.1 i inst.
