Felony.— James Shine, of OUhuhu, a Rrnall boy of 13 years of age, was charged by John Vtigler with stealing a silver watch and gold albert chain of the value of £G. Prisoner pleaded guilty. The constable gave the boy a bad character, but sml he was uegleeted totally I>y his parents.
