MINERS' ASSOCIATION.
A meeting wm held last evening, at the Munster Arms Hotel, for the purpose of organising An a*so« oiabioQ of miners to watch orer their interests onthil sjoldfield ' There was * good mutter of mitten. Mr. John Molnernsy was called to the chair. The following resolution was proposed by Mr. Charles Rowley, seconded by Mr. J. O'Hea, and carried unanimously ;— "That, in the opinion of this meeting, itis desirable that an organisation should be formed, to be called the Miners' Association, to watch oTer the interests of the miners on the Thames goldfieldt."
