Mr. Samuel Cochrane held a sale this morning of maize, soda water, lemonade, &c. We give a few of the prices ;— Maize, 3s 9d to 3s lOd per bushel; gin (in bond), 13* 9d ; English sndaw*ter, 4s 9 J per dozen ; English lemonade, 5s per dozen ; empty soda and lemonade bottles, 3s 2d per doaen. A large quantity of furniture was also disposed of at excellent prices.
