CAEET & GILLES T3EG to inform graziers, farmers, shippers, and -*-* the public that they have commenced business in Durham-street, Auckland, as STOCK AND CATTLE SALESMEN, WOOLBROKERS, AND AUCTIONEERS. Cash advances made on Stock, Wool, or other property, upon legitimate terms. They are now erecting (at the junction of the Onehunga and Otahuhu Roads) first-class and commodious Sale Yards, suitable for the accommodation of all Stock placed in their hands for disposal ; and are also arranging for Yards in the various country districts. Having made arrangements for Kohimarama Landing-place, together with the puat and all the paddocks (where Stock can be landed and grazed at present rates), they are prepared after this date to take oharge of all descriptions of Stock entrusted to their care. It is their intention not to import, buy, or sell stock, or in any way trade on their own account ; but to continue their invariable rule of confining themselves strictly to the business of Commission Agents, thereby not interfering, with their clients' interests. The Sales will be conducted by Mr. Carey, whose knowledge of Stock, and the proper management of the business, extends over a period of 15 years in Victoria and INew Zealand.
