DUNEDIN.
The clerk to the Superintendent of Southland, and Sayers, contractor, have been remanded for a week. Several contrastora are supposed to be implicated. Reported discovery of chalybeate springs. The Empire says that the statement made by Parkes was founded on the revelations of an Irish convict, of notoriously worthless character. Jupiter Creek diggings continue good.
