THE object of the Company is to work the FearNaught Claim, and to purchase the machinery belonging to Messrs. Hamlin and Stevens, adjacent thereto. ; '' -' The machinery proposed to be purchased comprises an engine, capable of driviug 15 head of stampers, and a battery of five head of stampers, which are at preBent?workmg, together witli site, buildings, water rights/license?, tools, and all other rights and appurtenances thereto belonging. , Of the six hundred shares five hundred will be retajued by the shareholders, ninety will be allotted to the machine-owners as ,part payment, 'andj the remaining seventy are offered to the public at par. Of the £7UO thus raised, £500 will be paid to complete the purchkse of the machinery, and the remaining £200 will be for improvements and working the claim.
