At the adjourned meeting of the ratepayer! of the Waipipi district held on October 14, Mrssra. Marshal I and Holmes were elected auditors. The aoconnts sbovre>l a small balance in hand, aud about £5 arrears of rates. A rate of 2d, per acre was leri«d, and the following trustees Vf'Te> elected :— "Messrs. Constable, Carter, Harris, Alexander, and Marshall, but Mr. Alexander retired in favour of Mr. Crai/, who was next on the list. At a meeting of trustees held immediately afterwards, it was r» solved that the same ■übdivwion of the district should be made at lattt year.
