PRIMITIVE METHODISM.

A meeting ia connection with this denomination of Christians was held at Waiotahi on Wednesday evening, for the purpose of adopting measures to erect a chapel and school-room in that locality. Mr. J. Manners presided. After mature deliberation » committee, consisting of Messrs. Manners, Fascoe, Weeke?, Brett, Grix, Westwood, Nubet, Danby, and G. Manners, were appointed to carry into effect the object of the meeting. Mr. Manners was elected president, Mr. Pascoe secretary, and Mr. Weekes treasurer. There being no place of public worship either at Graham's Town or Tookey'a Flat, it is hoped the gentlemen who are desirous of supplying the desideratum will be liberally supported by the public generally.
