A. CHILD, about eighteen months old, whilst playiDg on the beach at Graham's Town yesterday, was accidentally run over by a passing dray, and sustained such injuries that life is despaired of. The heavy winds which prevailed on Wednesday morniDg, blew down a large two-storey building approaching completion for an hotel on the Punga Flat.
