The skies are fixed to commence on the 28th February, arrivals to date being :— Sydney, 12,683 bSeT- Port Phillip, 31,206 bales ; Van Diemen's Land, 259 bale* ; Adelaide, 5,312 bales ; Swan River, 805 bales ; New Zealand, 670 bales ; Cape, 30,067 bales ; total, 81,002 bales. Some holders are sanguine that TSTofember prices will be fully maintained, an opinion not shared in by the trade, who look for a full decline of lsd on all Port Phillip sorts. Sydney and Cape about late rates.
