Pensioners who may not be able to attend at the several places on the days and at the hours mentioned above, must apply in writing to the Military Accountant, Auckland, stating the reasons for their absence. Pensioners neglecting to apply at least once within a period of twelve months will be struck off the list, pending reference to the Secretary of State for War.
