ARTHUR & SON Have been appointed by his Honor Mr. Justice Moore to] sell by auction at their Land Mart, Queen-street, Auckland, on Tuesday, the sixteenth day of October, 1866, at eleven (11) o'clock precisely, in three lots, pursuant to a Decree of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Northern District, made in the cause of Conway v. Field and others, A FREEHOLD PROPERTY, consisting of all those Allotments, or Parcels of Land situated in WAKE-FIELD-STREET, Auckland, containing by admeasurement 18 perches more or less, and being Allotment numbers 16 and 17 of Section number 36, together with the HOTEL thereon erected, called the Hibernia Hotel, and all appurtenances thereunto belonging. A FREEHOLD PROPERTY, consisting of all that Allotment or Parcel of Land situate in UNION-STREET, Auckland, and being Allotment number 3 of Section number 44, together with the HOTEL thereon erected, called the Dove Hotel, and all the appurtenanoes hereunto belonging.
