JUNCTION HOTEL, NEWMARKET, CONTAINING BAR, THREE PARLOURS, TWELVE BEDROOMS, KITCHEN, OUTOFFICES, EXTENSIVE STABLING, GALVANIZED IRON STORE, AND SIX ALLOTMENTS OF LAND.
TURRELL & TONKS Have been instructed to sell by auction, at their Mart, Queen-street, on Wednesday, October 10, at 12 o'clock prompt, BY ORDER OF THE MORTGAGEE, JUNCTION HOTEL, Mount St. John, Newmarket, comprising Bar, Bar Parlour, Two Private Parlours, 12 Bedrooms, Kitchen, Out-offices, Extensive Stabling, Iron Tanks, Galvanized Iron Store, Good Garden, &c, situated at the junction of the Onehunga and Great South Roads, together with Lots 1, 2, 3, 34, 33, 32, Village Mount St. John, having a frontage to the Great South Road of 325 feet 9 inche*, to the Onehunga Road 284 feet 8 inches, and Williamson-street of 34 feet.
The Auctioneers beg to call particular attention to the above most desirable property, either as an investment or for occupation.
