BALMAIN.— THIS DAY.

In our issue of Saturday wo stated, in error, that the Bale of the Balmain estate, North Shore, would take place on Wednesday instead oE to-day. As our local paragraph may have had the efftcb of, in lome degree, interfering with the Attendance at the •ale, we deem it riqhfc to make our correction as prominent as possible. Wa have only to add. that the estate will be sold to-dny, as ndveitised, by Messrs. E. and H. Isaacs, at Webbs Buildings, Balmaiu is accessible by a Government road And by water.
