LONDON WOOL REPORT.
The third and most important series of sales for the year closed ou the 21st August. The total bales catalogued amounted to 106,433. Buyers bought very freely, causing renewed confidence on the part of foreign operators, a strong market and rather higher rates. The sales closed with much spirit;, at rate>3 fully equal td tho highest portion of the sales.
