Maies and Geldings allowed 3 lbs. ; a fuither allowance of stt>s. to Maidens m races open to all horses. Entiance Fees, 10 per cent on amount of the stake. The last lace to be handicapped by the Stewaids, or whom they may appoint, and entues to be made half-an-hoiu after the Garrison Plate. All entries to be undei sealed cover and to be delivered to the Secietaiy, at the Greyhound Inn, Queen stieet, on Satiuday, 21st December, up to 4 o'clock p.m , and the colours of the riders to be declared. No person who is not a subscriber to the amount of two soveieigns, shall be allowed to enter a hoise. The races to be run undei the late New Ulster Jockey Club Rules. The first race to commence at 12 o'clock. Jockeys making a false start will be fined one guinea. The bell will be rung for saddling a quaiter of an hour befoie each race All dogs found on the comse will be shot. All disputes to be settled by the Stewaids, whoso decision shall be final.
