NOTICE is heieby given that by Deed dated the 25th day of September, 1861, made between Andiew Macqueen and David Bell Macqueen of the City of Auckland, Auctioned s and Commission Agents, of the fiist pait, the seveial cieditois of the said Andrew Macqueen and David Bell Macqueeu, whose names aie theieto subscubedto the second pait, and John Sangstei Macfailane of Auckland, afoiesaid, Meichaut, and William Rattiay of Auckland afoiesaid, Ship-chandler, also cieditois of the said Andrew Macqueen aud David Bell Macqueen of the third jmit, the said Andiew Macqueeu and David Bell Macqueen did assign all then estate and effects to the said John Sangster Macfailane and William Rattiay upon trust for such of the Creditois of the said Andiew Macqueen and David Bell Macqueen as shall sign the said Deed befoie the Ist day of January, 1862 ; and that the said Deed now lies at the office of the undei signed for signatuie.
