TTNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in U the Superintendent in that bchnlf by the Regulations for the sale, letting, disposal, and occupation of Waste Lands of the Crown within the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, issued hy his Excellency the Governor of the said Colony with the advice of the Executive Council thereof, on the fourteenth day of the month of May in the year 1856, I do hereby appoint, and do~notify the same for general information, that the following allotments of th? said Waste Lands shall be offeied to sale by Public Auction, by jthe Waste Lands' Commissioner for the said Province, at the upset prices placed opposite thereto respectively, at the Mechanics' Institute, on MONDAY, the first day of June next, commencing at the hour of eleven o'clock in the forenoon, subject to the several terms and conditions of sale in that behalf contained in the Regulations aforesaid.
