PUBLIC NOTIFICATION. By John Uiliiamson, Esquire, Superintendent of ihe Province of Auckland. UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in me on that behalf by the Regulations issued on the fourteenth day of May, in the year 1856, by his Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, for the disposal of Waste Lands of the Crown within the Province of Auckland, in the said Colony, I hereby notify for general information, that all those portions of blocks of the said Waste Lands enumerated in the foil >wing Schedule^ as are not in process of subdivision into lots, or as have not been already sold, settled, or set apait as Town, Suburban, or Rural Lands, or proclaimed as Credit Lauds, will be open for sale as Country Lands at ten shillings an acre, subject to the provisions in that behalf contained in the first mentioned Regulations, <>n and after Monday, the eleventh day ot the month of May next.

IVTOTICE is hereby given that in accordance ■*•* with arrangements made by the respective Officers of Ordnance, charges according to the following Scale will be made for Storage of Gunpowder in the Military Magazine :—: — For a barrel or package containing 50fts. or upwards, 2d. per week.
