CHAIR OF OBSTETRICS CAMPAIGN
In the campaign launched by a committee of Auckland business men for £lOO.OOO to endow a chair of obstetrics and gynaecology at the proposed Auckland women’s hospital, a sum of £-10.000 has been received. Donations up to £5OOO have been made by a number of local bodies, business firms and citizens, and an active women’s committee, under the mayoress. Mrs. J. A. C. Allum. has collected more than £4OOO.
