Over 200,000 In Five Days LONDON, August 25. Moscow has put out a statement on German and Rumanian losses in the last five days on the Rumanian front. They are put at 100,000 killed and IOu.OOO prisoners. , „„ ~ . . Another German force of 12 divisions has been encircled by the Russians southwest of Kishinev. ’ The two advancing Russian armies have joined forces on the lower Prut. So far. 13,000 men have surrendered, but the battle of aiiniliiliition is still going on. ’Pile spearheads of the two armies, thrusting down on cither side of the Prut, arc within 40 miles of their objective.
