CHUNGKING PROMISE
LONDON, Muy 27. The Central Executive Committee in Chungking, which is in effect the Chinese Cabinet, announced today a new fivepoint plan for China. The first point is that the Government will put all available Chinese strength into the fight against Japan. Other measures aim at stabilizing prices and increasing the efficiency of the administration. The executive also plans to give the Chinese people a bigger share in the Government. and there will be a law forcing the Government to pay heed to public opinion and criticism. *
