STREET WIDENING BYLAWS
Notice of his intention to move as follows 'at next week’s meeting of the Wellington City Council has been given by Cr. J. D. Sievwright:— i “That the resolution passed by the Wellington City Council at a meeting held on September 10, 1941, which reads as follows;—’That, approval be given to draft legislation designed to apply the provisions of the Municipal Corporations Act. 1933, as to compensation to the Wellington City Street Widening Bylaws and that the matter be dealt with by way of a remit to the next Municipal Conference,’ be rescinded, and that the Municipal Association be requested to ask the Undersecretary. Internal. Affairs Department, to take no further action regarding the remit.”
