GAP IN EXPERIENCE

Proposal To Help Young Business Men A subject to be discussed at the first annual conference of the Junior Chamber of Commerce in March is the business executive, training service'as an aspect of rehabilitation.

It is proposed that young men from all sections of commercial life, primary and secondary industries, and professions should be encouraged to meet regularly in their own centres for group discussions, lectures, and studies. It is felt that young men who have been on war service, or who through special war work, have been away from their callings for some years will discover iu group studies and discussions a means of shortening the gap in their business experience caused by their prolonged absence from work and study. The Junior Chambers of Commerce believe that intelligent young men could help each other to readjust themselves if a properly planned educational programme were adopted to cover subjects of general interest, as well as specialized studies.
