N.Z.E.F. Official News Service. CAIRO. November 3. There was a good muster of members of the Mandi Camp Rowing Club for the first fortnightly regatta, with fours entering for the 1-500 metres. The form shown sneaks well for training. The filial, between wood, Johnson. Moffat and Ironside, and Barker, Beaton, Granville and Turner, was a stern tussle. Wood’s crew winning by half a b’ugl-li after a gruelling race.
'Pile Maadl Camp hockey competitions opened another season witli 14 teams. The standard of play was surprisingly good for Hie first games and the material availaide is highly promising.
