Tiie 1943 health postage stamps will be on sale al nil post, offices tomorrow, and first-day free souvenir covers will be issued free' to all purchasers of health stamps. Tiie" 19-43 stamps, us pietiouslj announced, incorporate portraits of the Royal Brim-esses and are triangular tn design.
