Retailers’ Move To Ensure Even Distribution (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, August 11. Notices stating that, apples, pears, oranges and bananas: will be supplied only to regular customers or with general orders will shortly be displayed in the shops of the Auckland Retail Fruiterers’ Association. The notices explain that this action is being taken lo ensure the even distribution of these fruits, which are in short supply.
