Mussolini has recalled two-thirds of the Italians working in Gcrinnny,’ostensibly for the building of fortifications to stave off an Allied invasoin, reports the Stockholm correspondent of the ‘ New York Times.” It is estimated that 500.000 have returned to Italy since April 10, leaving 250.000 still in Germany.
