ALLEGED AXIS SPIES
HAVANA (Cuba), April 15. Fifty Germans, Japanese and Italians suspected of espionage, were arrested in a nation-wide round-up today. including Fritz Koch, a captain in Hie German merchant marine who established an insurance agency in Nuevitas in 1930. A number of sugar ships from Nuevitas have been sunk.
