What promises to be a most effective display has just been completed by the gardeners in the Botanical Gardens. On the sloping bank in the main part of the gardens are several small beds which have been artistically planted in contrasting colours. The most striking of these is a floral V in red begonias with a background of white begonias and an edging of blue lobelia.
