KARORI ROSE SHOW
The Karori Horticultural Society’s Rose Show, to be held at the Parish Hall, Karori, on AVednesday, wiil_ be ollieially opened at 3 p.m. b.v Airs. Knox Gilmer. As Karori is a late district, this show will have the advantage of rose blooms retarded by the recent wet weather. All cut dowers in season will also be shown, and the decorative work will be an outstanding feature. Afternoon tea nnd supper will be served, and a flower sale will be held.
