PAGEANT IN LOWER HUTT TODAY
A striking and colourful pageant will be presented by members of the Hutt Valley Inter-House Girls’ Association on the Hutt Recreation Ground today. The Te Ropu Maori Entertainers and athletic and cycling eVents will reinforce the programme. Before the display the girls will march from the new Post Olliee at 2.15 pan. to Lite ground. The display itself will be preceded by an address by the mayor at the grounds at 2.30 p.m.
