The weather has been fine today and the outlook is favourable for the opening of the Waikato Racing Club s spring meeting at Te Rapa tomorrow, lhe course is in splendid order and unless the weather is wet the going should be excellent. , , .... Provision has been made for divisions in three races and it is very probable that they will be necessary so that the programme may be unusually long. Betting will be under the win-and-place system and horses likely to be well supported include: —
