. British Propaganda In Enemy Territory (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, September 11. The Prime Minister, Mr. Churchill, in answer to a question in the House «f Commons, stated that the Foreign Secretary, Mr. Eden, the Minister of Information, Mr. Bracken, aud the Minister of Economic Warfare, Dr. Dalton, have been in consultation on the subject of propaganda to enemy and territory and have lecommended that a special executive for the conduct of political warfare be established in place of the various agencies which are connected with ,it at present. This recommendation had his approval. I , A small special executive, be said, would have control of the conduct of propaganda in all its forms. It had already begun its work, but it would be contrary to the national interest to make any statement regarding its personnel or the nature of its activities. '
