Wellington Team To Meet x4uckland MATCH ON SATURDAY The Wellington Football Association’s sole selector, Mr. E. J. Gates, bas announced the following Wellington representative team to defend the F.A, Trophy against Auckland on the Basin Reserve next Saturday:— Goalkeeper: J. Fisher (Seatoun). Full-backs: K. Yeoman (Seatoun), R. Bolton (Waterside). Half-backs: R. Watts (Waterside), A. Gongbottom (Waterside), C. Yeoman (Seatoun). Forwards: N. Edmunds (Seatoun), T. Walker (Waterside), B. Yeoman Seatoun), J. Hatchard (Marist), R. Price (Marist). ' The twelfth man will be announced on the day of the match. CHAMPIONSHIP TABLE Seatoun and Marist are still level at the head of the Wellington Football Association’s first division championship table, both having secured easy wins on Saturday. Petone are third, three points behind the leaders, and Hospital have moved up into fourth place.- There are -three more matches to complete the first round. The table is as follows:—
