Motor-Trolley Leaves Rails Near Okoia ißy Telegraph— Press Associat lon. i WANGANUI, June 22. Severe bead injuries from which lie died in Wanganui Public Hospital were received bv a railway surfaceman, Mr. Percy .Tames Dyke, aged 49, Wanganui, when a motor-trolley was derailed near Okoia station, south of Wanganui, on Saturday afternoon. Another surfaceman who was travelling on the trolley with Mr. Dyke. Mr. Harold Ashley Wallace, aged III). Wnngaiiui, was also admitted io hospital, but Ids condition is satisfactory. The trolley left the rails on a straight piece of track half a. mile south of Okoia.. Mr. Dyke being thrown on Ids head.
