Citizens’ Candidates Take All City Seats

Citizens’ candidates won all four city seats on the Wellington Harbour Board, two sitting members being returned. The two Labour members, R. McKeen ami C. IL Chapman, were replaced by M. Fraser and 11. L. Nathan. Provisional figures are:— ♦Norwood C J. B. (C.) 18.646
