Sentence of three months’ imprisonment was imposed by his Honour Mr. Justice Northcroft this morning on Rodger I»e«*. who was found guilty by a jury on charges of driving in a negligent manner causing injury, failing to slop after an accident, failing to ascertain if anyone was injured, and failing to render assistance. His licence was cancel led and hr was prohibited from holding another for two years.
