AIR CADET CORPS
Instruction For 70,000 Australians «■
(Received April 29, 7 p.m.) SYDNEY, April 29.
To ensure a regular flow of young men into the R.A.A.F. plans have been approved by the Air Board for the establishment of an air cadet corps for youths between the ages of 16 and 18. The corps will be organized into squadrons and will operate in city and country areas and in schools. Cadets will receive only ground instruction. It is expected that about 70,000 youths will join the corps.
