TERRITORIAL FORCE
Men Called Up For Service
A Gazette Extraordinary issued last night contains the names of 1445 men called up for service with the Territorial Force. These are men on the register who have since the last Territorial ballot either attained the age of 19 years and have thus become liable for territorial service or else have attained the age of 41 years, and have, accordingly, ceased to be liable for overseas service. Of the reservists called up 196 are in the Wellington Military District.
